My friend, Bethany, and her husband Kyle, are in the process of adopting a little girl with Down syndrome from Russia. Bethany and Kyle are already blessed with two beautiful children, Mason & Payton. Payton is a member of our elite Down syndrome club ;-). Ethan LOVES Payton! Last year, while in Kansas City for the NDSC Conference, Ethan followed Payton around while giggling the entire time! It was the cutest thing.
