Special Olympics Bowling

Ethan had his SO Bowling tournament today. He placed FIRST!!! His score was 108!!! That's better than me on any given day! His last frame he came SO close to a spare, but at the last minute, the ball went in the gutter and missed that last pin. I forgot my camera at home, so I have to get the pictures from Mary. The only thing is that because he is under 8 years old, he still only gets a participant ribbon. I want the blue one dang it! LOL! Still, he did a great job!!!

He's doing fine today, just extra tired. I am trying to figure out if it is still from his bit of fun yesterday, if he's trying to get sick, if it was the rainy day, or if he's going through a growth spurt now that his spinal cord is free. Maybe it was a combination of things, but he slept for an hour and a half at school (which he NEVER does), and then came home and slept another couple hours! AND, he is already in bed tonight. I think that maybe I will follow his lead- oh wait, is Grey's on tonight? I know 30 Rock is. Shucks. No early bedtime for me!

Oh, and Scott is getting sick. Bleh.
