Baylor and Insurance

A lot of people have asked me what is going on with the feeding program at Baylor and this scene from the FRIENDS episode, "The One With the Ring", is all that comes to mind.  It's always been a favorite scene of mine- one that a friend and I would repeatedly refer to {side note:  I really miss that.  I miss it a lot.}.




I haven't seen the contract that Baylor sent to the insurance, but all I can imagine is that Baylor wants to charge $8000 and insurance will only pay $10 of that, therefore NO CONTRACT.  Baylor won't even entertain whatever number insurance is offering, so this is a fitting scene to compare the situation to, I think.
