And, I have close to zero Christmas spirit. No tree. Only a present or two for Ethan. I just refused to go into further debt for something that Ethan has no interest in yet. Sad? Yes. But, it is what it is. Our Christmas present to our family was to take the money and pay bills. Yeah us. Then, maybe we can visit home sometime in the Spring. We miss everyone back home so much.
We hope that all of our family and friends have a fabulous Christmas filled with love. (For anyone wondering- I will mail out the Christmas cards when I can- hopefully this week.)
Here's a picture of Ethan's missing tooth.
And, I just added these to the computer. Ethan was all smiles after school one day a couple of weeks ago...

Well sweetie, if it wasn't for Angela we wouldn't have put up a tree this year either. Both Dean and I had a terrible time feeling the spirit this year! But Angela would come home from school each day and say, "No tree again? Why it's not Christmas at my house?" Once we finally got it up ( a week and a half ago) the spirit hit us. LOL That tree makes a big difference, but we sure had to force ourselves to do it!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog! Keep on blogging!
My precious children...it's sooo hard for me to read these blogs and know you're so far away. Ethan is turning into such a handsome boy. All handsome boys and girls get attitudes with that. I love you and am going to bring you and Ethan home in May! Let me know exactly the days you can have off. ASAP. I love & miss you more than I'm able to tell you. Mommy~
